Introduction to Components and Functions of Waste Tire Refining Equipment

The waste tire refining equipment is a complete system that can decompose waste tires and produce tire oil, carbon black, combustible gas, etc. Today, Henan Beigong will introduce the various components and corresponding functions of the waste tire refining equipment.

1、 Reaction kettle

This is a reaction kettle with a semi open feeding port. After opening the feeding port, the broken waste tires or already set tires can be loaded into it. Depending on the size of the furnace, 6 to 20 tons or even more of waste tire raw materials can be loaded.

2、 Flue condenser

The temperature of the flue gas generated by the tire cracking furnace during the cracking process is very high, around 300 degrees Celsius, and it is necessary to use it to cool down to around 100 degrees Celsius.

3、 Dust removal tower

The main function of the dust removal tower is to remove and filter the cooled flue gas, remove harmful substances from the flue gas, and ensure that the discharged exhaust gas meets environmental standards.

4、 Residual oil storage tank

After the oil and gas in the cracking furnace are generated, they enter the residual oil separation system, and the residual oil sinks into the residual oil tank. After the light oil and gas are separated, they enter the next stage.

5、 Condenser

Light oil and gas enter the condenser for condensation and then enter the oil storage tank. The function of the condenser is to cool the oil and gas through circulating water, thereby transforming them into liquid oil and storing it in the oil storage tank. The diagram shows the condenser above and the oil storage tank below.

6. Water seal

The non liquefiable combustible gas part enters the water seal device from the oil storage tank. The water seal is a safety device that allows the combustible gas to pass through the water, enter the gas supply pipeline from the water seal device, and then enter the furnace of the heated reaction kettle for combustion and heating.

The main equipment of tire refining equipment are these. In addition to these main equipment, there are also some auxiliary equipment, such as tire crushers, bundling machines, etc. However, they can be used or not, and can be handled manually.
