Rectification process

The equipment consists of pretreatment part, heat exchange part, atmospheric and vacuum part, high vacuum thin film distillation part and vacuum system.

1. Product project

The plant product project is SN100 and SN250 the main products of the vacuum residue project are as follows: 

SN100-----light base oil or diesel mix

SN250-----Medium base oil

Vacuum residue oil—wasterproof additive or cracking material(cracking for fuel oil)

Process route selection


high temperature conditions, so the operating temperature is not too high. Secondly, the waste oil contains a large number of additives, complex physical properties, at high temperature, the waste oil is more likely to produce a variety of polymerization reactions, generate a variety of polymers, resulting in equipment blockage. Thin film evaporation and fractionating column, under high vacuum operating conditions, the heating mode in the production process is mild, reduce the coking caused by temperature problems, improve the safety and operability of the device. Therefore, in the process selection, the process of high vacuum film evaporator + rectifying tower is adopted.

Advantage:

1.High vacuum condition reduces evaporation temperature and coking amount.

2.The use of thin film evaporator reduces the residence time, increases the mass transfer efficiency, avoids coking and blockage caused by component gasification, increases the times of stops, and affects the production efficiency.    

3.The use of rectification tower can separate the non-ideal components and improve the color of base oil.

The new adopt technologies mainly include:

The use of high-performance tray (high throughput + high efficiency, rather than a single high efficiency) advanced equipment technology.

Full packing pressure relief tower technology (including high efficiency packing and high efficiency low pressure drop liquid distributor liquid collector and other internal parts)

The technology of centralized recovery of flue gas waste heat is adopted.

The anticorrosion technology combining process anticorrosion and equipment anticorrosion is adopted (considering acid value 0.5-1.0mgKoh /g).
